About The Foundation
- Will perform exempt functions, and make qualified distributions for only exempt services and exempt programs as recognized under the Internal Revenue Code.
- Intends to take on projects, and make contributions to projects recognized as tax exempt purposes, and charitable purposes, and to qualified entities and enterprises including, but not limited to, Rider University, Delran High School, and Sea Isle city for improvements and benefits to those exempt organizations and institutions on an application basis.
- Intends to provide funds and assistance to organizations qualified under IRC 501(c) 3 to help promote the education and quality of life for those suffering from juvenile diabetes.
- Will be promoted by making the lives of those he would have wanted to touch in order to make their lives directly better and less burdensome.
- Will not attempt to influence legislation or conduct other political activities.
- Will translate the tragedy and the resulting recompense from that unnecessary event, into a benefit for those in need and within the purposes of charitable enterprises and private foundations as intended under the Internal Revenue Code.
